Hey! Unfortunately, this map doesn't meet the current mapping standards. Ill share the issues on the map as well as some advice:
- The map is really short, it can be completed in less than a minute. Your map should have a considerable amount of gameplay for it to be released. 2.The gameplay is unbalanced. Theres some parts that are really easy (img 1) and others that are considerably harder (img 2)
Ill let some more images with explanations. (sorry if the text and arrows are overlapping, i tried my best
)
In general, the map is really short and claustrophobic. I advice taking look at recent solo map releases (https://ddnet.org/releases/) and checking https://ddnet.org/mapping/rules/ and https://ddnet.org/mapping/guidelines/ for more general advice on how to make a good map. Hey. The decline is not only for those issues I pointed out. What I pointed out are some common mistakes, that you should consider for next maps, but still, the map doesn't have any original gameplay, it's outdated, and its probably not gonna be accepted even if you fix it part by part. Again, I advice looking at recently released solo maps so you see what a solo map should have to be a solid, releasable map.
